Master Martini dessert mixes, distinguished by top quality raw materials, are extremely easy to use – only a few steps are required to create excellent desserts that can be finished and decorated as desired.

Easy and quick to prepare, these products are UHT sterilised and ensure uniform quality. For storage of unopened packages, a cool, dry location is required (max. 20°C).

UHT ready base for crema catalana preparation

Characterized by extreme ease of use, just a few operations are enough to obtain excellent desserts that can be finished and decorated as desired. Furthermore, the UHT treatment guarantees stability and constant quality.

Take out the product from the packaging and warm it up on the flame or in the microwave until the boiling temperature or for a few minutes when a stronger texture is required. Pour it into proper moulds and let it cool in the refrigerator at 4/6°C before serving. Sprinkle the surface with cane sugar and let the flaming sugar caramelize before serving.

Ingredients: rehydrated skimmed-MILK , sugar, palm oil, EGG yolk, maize starch. carrageenan, trisodium citrate, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, artificial flavourings, artificial lemon flavouring, betacarotene.
